Dr. Thomas Kachorek is a 1983 graduate of the University of Detroit Dental School. He has been performing cosmetic dentistry since 1984, giving a more youthful appearance to hundreds of his patients, one smile at a time. He has been practicing in Clinton Township since 1987.
Dr. Kachorek has been included in the Guide to America's Top Dentists 2004 by Consumers Research Council of America based in Washington D.C. Inclusion to this group is from meeting established criteria including number of years in practice, active memberships to different dental organizations and continued education in advanced dental studies.
He has earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, of which only 9% of the general dentists nationwide have earned.
Currently, Dr. Kachorek is working on his Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry. Less than 1% of the country's dentists have this distinction.
He is a graduate of the L.D. Pankey Institute, a renowned post doctoral advanced dental training institute located in Key Biscayne Florida.

He also has memberships in the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Macomb Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry,
International Association of Orthodontics, a past member of the University of Detroit's continuing education committee, University of Detroit's Alumni Committee and finally a Fourth Degree Honor Guard member of the Knights of Columbus.
Dr. Kachorek is also well known in his community for giving health talks regarding overall health of the body and oral health in city halls, schools, libraries, and banks, for private groups and in municipalities including Mt. Clemens, Clinton Township, Rochester, Utica, Roseville, Sterling Heights.
For the past 3 years Dr. Kachorek has been a teacher and mentor to many dentists across the country, helping them expand their offices to be full-service oriented. He has taught in Chicago, New York, Long Island, New Jersey, Michigan and Boston.
